I couldn’t believe the review I read as I was sitting here waiting for my appointment. A previous review said that Amber Harris never responded or called them back while waiting, I was shocked because this review was fresh and I had scheduled the appointment weeks ago hoping to get a nice hair cut. Amber Harris never responded to my texts or calls and I sat there 15 minutes waiting to go into the salon and no response. This is truly the worst service I’ve ever received. There was no was to contact anyone in the store or talk to someone else about getting my hair done.

Salon lofts Grove City is a great facility. It has a diverse amount of stylists with a variety of skills i.e. manicures, women's cuts, coloring, men's cuts, and so forth to name a few. It's just a matter of finding the person there for you. Luckily, they have a website to see these stylists and what skills they have. In all, great facility and a good selection of skilled stylists.

I had an appointment today with Amber Harris and she never showed up! Because of Covid, I had to stay in my car and text her that I was here for my appointment. I waited in my car for 30 mintues and she didn't even reply back! This was my first experience with Salon Loft and it was HORRIBLE! I usually go to kenneth's hair salon. But I wanted to try something new! BIG MISTAKE!

If I could give this place zero stars I would Meaghan abrams did my hair and it was trash. Shes so unprofessional bc I posted it on Facebook to educate people and has all her minions attacking me. So classless

BOBBI GILLISPIE canceled my very excited 9 year old daughter's appointment 5 minutes before we arrived. Very disappointing..
