It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review for a business but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I made my appointment 2 weeks in advance and when I got there no one was aware of my appointment. The lady was confused and told me she couldn’t do my hair that day. I took a day off from work and made plans, it’s not profesional. Your business needs to be more organized and have an appointment system to confirm with clients.nIt was my first time trying this place too bad I had this experience.
Terrible cut, he made a mistake and ended up cutting my hair in his own way, it is worth mentioning that the lady is very distracted and she gets to serve two clients at the same time, bad experience never to return!
