Horrible unprofessional experience with Temekea Shantel. Mom booked an appointment at 9:30am. Our daughter was excited for her first professional braiding appointment. I'm her father and we pulled up to the front at 9:34am. We were met by Temekea at the back with what can only be described as unprofessional attitude. She threatened to cancel our appointment. We get inside after I accepted an additional $25 late fee charge after 5mins smh. We start to talk about the direction of my daughters style. Simply stated you will be dictated to about what style she chooses and a unprofessional hostility. Definitely would not waste time with Temekea Shantel but the shop may be fine. There are many other qualified technicians in the city you could choose to spend your money with.
Always a pleasure to go see Morris he always takes his time and listens to what but want very personal and one on one love that.
The female stylist is very unprofessional and uses explicit language in front of children. Poor customer service.
Love this place. Hairdresser's are pleasant, efficient and polite.
