Best gym in Columbus. Tough, tough work outs but doable and it’s very team oriented. You are all in it together. No one finishes alone. I highly recommend this place! If you want to be challenged, have fun and see results this is the gym for you.
I have been meeting with a personal trainer and checking out the group classes - and I love it here! They will push you hard without being intimidating. The classes may be small because they are new, but that is something that makes this place stand out from every other gym. You're going to get an intense workout with the attention of instructor who genuinely wants you to succeed.
The aesthetic is amazing, very industrial feel with floor to ceiling garage doors. There is a ton of space to spread out without feeling like your on top of one another. The classes will seriously kick your butt, it's a culmination of indoor/outdoor moves depending on the weather. The staff is super friendly, motivating and knowledgeable.
Just got done with my first class and it was great ! Jesse is a great trainer and makes you feel comfortable no matter what level you are on. I broke a sweat but I feel so good. Will be coming back soon ! Check this place out !!!
Great facility. Great coaches. The bathrooms are amazing!! They have large showers with areas to get ready for work in the mornings after your workout. I highly recommend checking out code.
