I’ve been a Black Card member of PF for over 10 years. Now living in C-bus this club is closest to me. Since Covid, you have continued the restricted hours in the spirit of “better cleaning”. This place has never been less clean. Many of the hand sanitizing stations are empty as are the paper towel dispensers. The restricted hours are BS. Many clubs, where I travel, have been back to 24/7 for months. Serve your members not yourselves.

I use to really like this location but since returning from covid, the lack of supplies at the cleaning stations is appalling. You’re lucky if you can find paper towels and cleaning solution. Meanwhile, multiple employees standing at the desk chatting. Really wish someone could be bothered to restock the most important part of returning to a gym.
Some of the equipment didn't work. It was clean for the most part but very small. Don't think I'll come back to this location anytime soon.
I wonder why other near by clubs are able to have everything available and others clubs don’t, even though they are in the same state, maybe they have different owners?
