I will start by saying keep on driving by Camping World and go to Buckeye RV! The sales staff, especially Joe Finch, is awesome! The finance team is second-to-none, and they sell quality products unlike some of their competitors. I will finish by saying, the service team and the RV walk-around experience when you come to pick up your unit are very helpful and the staff is quite detail oriented and willing to help and answer all questions you have. If you are in Ohio, Indiana or Kentucky, there really is no excuse to go anywhere else! I wish I could give six stars!

After a day of stopping at every camper store in the area our last stop was Buckeye. Even though it was an hour before they closed our salesman Damien took us around to every camper we wanted to see. Answered all our questions and never made us feel rushed. As luck would have it we found the camper we were looking for there. Call him on Monday to set things in motion and by Tuesday we own the camper. Long distance made it a small challenge but no problems at all. Finance got us a great interest rate and a payment well below what we expected. We pick the camper up in a couple of weeks. I will update the review to include how that process goes. So far highly recommended.nnUpdate;nSo we picked up the camper today and just like our last stop everything went perfectly. First stop was the service center where Kyle took his time to show us around the camper. Describe all the items and their functions. Answered all our questions and set up our hitch assembly. Plan for about and hour on this process. Next up was Nick in the finance department. Nick explained everything about our loan in detail. Making sure we had no suprises. Then went over everything to keep the forever warranty active.(not much just a simple yearly inspection). But nice addon included in the camper price. I can't begin how well we have been treated by everyone we came in contact with. Highly recommend this dealership. Do have a couple of small things on a we-owe for them to take care of. So will give one more update on how they do there.

We had an appointment, but the lady sales person didn't show. Had to get someone else to help us. The two gentlemen that helped us were great.

The sales and finance team are great. They have been very accommodating and helpful. There was no high pressure to buy and no hype. They have been honest and straight forward. When we had a couple of small issues they stepped up and helped us right away. Thank you Damian and Nick!
