As someone who has ate here 2-3 times a week for years we’ve never had a bad experience! The customer service is always AMAZING! Pizza is always good and hot! Also if you like cookies theirs is sooo good! Friendliest pizza place around!
Personally, I did not enjoy Giovanni's. I didn't like that there was only thin crust available and I thought the pizza did not have a lot of flavor. The staff were pleasant and we had no issues ordering. Personally, I would rate it worse, just because I didn't enjoy the food, but my wife and kids loved them. We ordered three specialty pizzas and the family loved them. The pizza had plenty of toppings and cheese, so Giovanni's may be a love it or hate it situation. I hated it, but the kids and wife loved it.
Very greasy, but tasted good. But $24 for an extra large pizza.. Costco/sam's club pizza $9..
Food usually come out fine (no mistakes, hot, etc).Service is always slow. No matter what time of day, day of the week,etc.
Ordered a pizza for delivery and it took TWO HOURS for it to arrive, thin and chewy. Staff was rude on the phone when we called for an estimated wait time. Sad!
