I have to give this company a HUGE shout-out!!nnFrom the initial call to schedule the appointment, to the service yesterday. Doug & Cody showed up very prompt at the scheduled time (few minutes early actually) & were extremely personable. You know me I love to talk.ud83dude09nnOur fireplace has been cleaned before but never has it looked so good. No one has ever taken the time to explain about “fire shelves & smoke billowing” etc. they also inspected the crown on the top of the chimney & took photos which we received. They are coming back in a week or so and tune-up our gas fireplace downstairs. Who knew those needed service & cleaning too?ud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f AND they are going to clean my dryer vents.nnBy looking at their page I’m not sure what they don’t do!nnIf you’re in need... I 100% recommend!!nTheir reviews are awesome. You won’t be disappointed.nnNow a load of firewood being delivered! We’re ready!!!

We had an inspection done on our fireplace in our home we just moved in. Our fireplace was in desperate need of a cleaning and was also in need of a stainless steel liner to bring our wood stove up to code. They were able to come back out very quickly to install the liner and get our fireplace ready to use and be safe for our family. I would recommend Rachel's cleaning service to anyone in need of any fireplace work. I felt like they honestly cared about the safety of my family and my husband and I are very appreciative that they were able to get the work complete before winter.

RCS replaced our roof and then remodeled our kitchen and also installed some doors. We love these guys and will hopefully be asking them to do more. They are professional and very easy to work with and will go the extra mile to do the right thing for you!

I found this company being recommended on Nextdoor. I had called multiple chimney sweep companies and the phone conversation with Bill was already better customer service than the rest. They came early to the appointment we made & answered every (there were many) questions we asked. The guy who cleaned the chimney was efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I would recommend Rachel's Cleaning Service to anyone looking for Detail Cleaning of their home. They have been in business for over 20 years , mostly getting Clients by word of mouth from Satisfied Customers telling family and friends. It's always Great coming home to a Clean Fresh smelling house. We also had the Construction part of the company , put the roof on our home and also Clean down our chimney which gives us a Peace of Mind before winter.
