Great gym with great owners. I would definitely recommend if you dont like the planet fitness atmosphere. Iron Plate has a hometown, slammin' plates atmosphere where you're free to put up heavy weight. But No matter where you are on your fitness journey, nobody judges you here. Grade A gym.

Solid setup. If you love free weights this place is for you. Owners are nice and personal. Very military and first responder friendly.

Good gym. Not too busy. Great location. Good price. Good equipment. What more can you ask for! Deadlift platform is a big plus.
