Professional and enthusiastic instructors. Great group of women who attend. There is a real sense of camaraderie. Everything is upbeat and positive. Work at your own pace and challenge yourself. You will feel invigorated at the end of each class!
What a great place to have fun and workout. The girls made me feel like I belonged from the moment I very first walked in the door. It's a keeper for me and my lifestyle!

They're open for anybody that wants to jazzercise. Love it.
