Wonderful customer service! Distance posed no issue. Sales rep Jim was very accommodating and helpful via phone and email. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and down-to-earth. He took care of everything so when I arrived all I had to do was sign and drive off! The staff was also welcoming, inviting and most respectful. I'm loving my like new SUV!!

Crossroads Car and Truck definitely made our car buying process very easy. They were very nice and very helpful. When we test drove the car we noticed some shaking and they immediately sent the car out and took care of that. When we came in to purchase they had the paper work ready to go. We were finished very quickly. I didn’t expect such a great experience from a smaller dealership but they definitely impressed us. And we love the car!

I bought my first car at Crossroads a little over a week ago. They were friendly and well organized. They have a great selection of vehicles with very fair deals. Jim made sure I was leaving with exactly what I wanted and made the process so relaxing. If you need a good reliable car go to Crossroads and ask for Jim Mohrfield!
