Worst experience ever. I was a repeat customer for JW. Just upgraded to 2018 from 2016. I was told they’ll cover the first payment and did everything to get me buy the car. However, once you’re out of the door you die for them.nnI called yesterday about the payment and no one responded to my calls/texts for the entire day. Today, they came back saying that they never promised that. ud83dude04nI’m still waiting on the check for extra payments I’ve made on my trade-in, they tried to pocket that as well.nnSo if you go here, get the best bargain and then simply bring that quote to another dealer. They’ll easily beat it. Do not believe anything your sales guy or manager says, get it in writing. Especially beware of Nikko Pullins and Eric Reardon in Mazda sales department. Also, check their BBB rating. It’s D-

My car title was mailed from this location. Unfortunately, I was sent a copy instead of original. They rectified their error and I received my title by FedEx the following day.
