The Mill

My aunt lived here in her final days. She moved from Eastern Kentucky. I tried to get her set up somewhere nice so she would not have to struggle. She really loved living here. The apartments are nice, but the big selling point is the staff.nnThe staff are responsive. Maintenance was never a problem. There was trash pickup provided by the complex. My aunt was very comfortable and I am so grateful. She passed right after signing a second year lease, but the staff helped mitigate the cost and keep it from being a mess. I would recommend The Mill to anyone. Wonderful place.

We enjoy working with the Mill Apartments and their staff and have had an extended rental history in our multiple units with them. Samantha and Faith are very helpful along with a great maintenance staff to take care of any issue. The location is great and the amenities and property is top-notch.nnWe look forward to the future at the Mill. ~Thank you Mill Team!~

I'll just give some pros and cons of the mill.nnPros:n1. Available townhouse with attached garage or detached garagen2. Nice pool and grilling arean3. Staff does a lot of events for entertaining tenants.n4. You can have packages delivered to the office area.nnCons:n1. Vehicles drive extremely fast throughout the complexn2. People really seem to like hearing their loud vehicles and motorcycles echoing between the apartments.n3. You're charged $65 for a tv/internet package regardless if you use it or not. (Internet is decent, tv package sucks) but you're limited to 20 Devices on the internet and you don't have the option for a wired connection.n4. You're charged $15 for trash pick-up service regardless if you want the service. The company is constantly complaining about bags not being tied, trash bags not inside trash cans or anything else they can complain about.n5. Pest control fee $3 monthlyn6. Animal poop EVERYWHERE!n7. No area for children to play that's safe from the speeding vehicles or that isn't covered in animal poop.n8. Birds building nest in bathroom exhaust vents which cause the bathroom and bedrooms to smell like dirty chicken coops. Complaining about the smell pretty much gets nothing done about the actual problem.n9. Grills and firepit are only available for use while the pool is open. (Seasonal)n10. Carpet on the steps was nasty when I moved in and never got cleaned even with me putting it on the initial walkthrough papers.

My husband and I absolutely love this place! The staff is super friendly and eager to help when ever needed. The place itself is beautiful, and the gym is really nice. My apartment was clean and orderly upon moving in, and every thing is in working order. Ample parking is a plus as well. It is close to everything you need: food, shopping, etc. The only complaint I have is their online payment system need to be more user friendly. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone!

They never reply your calls back. they are charging me for things i didn't damage. out of the blue i received an email that they will send the bill to collection which i never received. i can keep gong on ....
