They were very polite and efficient and did a good job.This place is very clean and it makes you feel safe with the partitions.
Nice as always just wish the actual extra fancy bells and whistles didnt feel like it was a rush to hurry up and get me out. Yes it was busy but still it's what I am paying for when I go , I can get haircuts anywhere with a beard shaping and trimming for the same price as the extra stuff included if not cheaper. I am going for the face towel and the massage on top of the haircut but still turned out well so still 5 stars .
This is a really great spot to get a haircut. The service is always great and the app with the check in features saves you a great deal in wait times. I have been going to this location for many years. If you get the chance to get your haircut by Julie you will not be disappointed. Try them out, they’ve done me right for many year’s. Plus the difference between a good haircut and a bad one is about two weeks. What do you got to lose. Well maybe an ear if things get out of control with the scissors, but that’s never happened. So yeah check in relax and enjoy a fresh cut!
First time there and waited an hour, was told 2 names to request so I did on the app. Then the one who told me to make a request for attitude cuz my son (who has a disability) wasn't wearing a mask (by the way 10 and under aren't required to in Ohio, so you can thank Dewine if you disagree). We were social distanced from others, I work in Healthcare, I'm all too aware of how to be safe. Paid $60 for 2 child hair cuts! Definitely better quality haircut than Great Clips, but seriously over priced! Won't be going back.
