Probably have not exercised regularly in 25 years or more. Love the renewed energy I now have. Staff is Awesome - coach Frank, coach Amanda H and coach Adam are amazing. They push you to be your best and accomplish things I would not have thought possible just a couple months ago!!

These classes are so much fun and the coaches push you (safely) to become the best you possible.

LOVE this place. Very good workout. It’s has become my workout “family” and love that’s there is no judgment and always welcoming. Coaches and front staff are awesome, encouraging, and are always willing to answer any questions

Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) is a high intensity workout based on science. Go nerds! There are 3 stations you rotate between: rowers, floor, and treadmills. Before OTF I hated, dreaded, and avoided working out. Now I honestly look forward to working out each week. I even upgraded to the unlimited class program. Yup, I'm drinking the Kool-aid. I absolutely love working out with a heart rate monitor! It's not like an Apple watch or Fitbit. I can see my heart rate, calories burned, and splat points throughout my workout. My goal is simple and always the same for every workout (get 12 splat points-I can remember this). This ensures my metabolism is boosted and I continue to burn additional calories after I go prop myself on the couch the rest of the night...I mean do constructive activities. Plus every class there's a coach that explains and demonstrates exactly what you're suppose to do at each station. If you know nothing about working out like I did, they will modify things if you can't do it (due to medical/physical restrictions or unfit ability) and they'll correct your form when you do it wrong. Yes it's not cheap but your coach acts as a personal trainer for the group. Plus it's still much cheaper than hiring a personal trainer. I totally recommend you try OTF if you're looking for a gym or a class that you'll actually attend!
