Years ago I could count on them to come to my business and take care of my needs, NOT anymore ! I had to stop using them because they would not come out and do the work that I needed. I would call, they would say yes we will send someone out, No one would show. Time and Time again this happened. Finally I told the secretary to tell the owner to call me unless he didn't want to keep my business, I have still never heard from him over a year later..... BAD business right there !!
Great electricians but the customer service over the phone needs work.
A pure crook. This man Dan Rapier will rip you off.
