Cashier could quite figure out how to ring up the MC Pic for two 10 pice nuggets and she also assumed that the 1$ drink was a small..nnMost recent experience...nMy order started like all the others. I pulled up to the drive up speaker and confirmed that they still had Pokémon cards. I ordered 7 happy meals for the sole purpose of getting the cards. The person over the speaker confirmed that they still had cards. I pulled up and paid 22+ dollars for the meals. I even paid more than 17 dollars for the order behind me. I pull up to the window and received 3 meals before noticing that they had a toy rather than cards. I asked as they continued to hand me the meals and they told me at that time that they were out of cards. I wasted money and time because your employees don't know how to answer a simple question. I probably will think twice about returning to this store. What a waste.

Edited review: it was three stars due to quality. Quality improved, as far as cooking methods and packaging. Window included no napkins or ketchup. No mustard on cheeseburger, is that typical? One manager and one employee working around 10:30pm, one employee handling food and/or sharing same workspace as window service was not wearing a mask or gloves.nnI wore a mask to the window because I wasn't sure what's the best etiquette. Really not that difficult to put a mask on.

I only go here because I get off work late and it’s the only place open. I pulled in and 2 employees were standing outside smoking. I drove up to the speaker to order and the ladies still outside talking. No one was coming to take my order. I don’t know if anyone else was in the building. Another guy pulled up and we both ended up leaving because no one helped us. It’s supposed to be 24 hour. Not the first time this has happened either. About a week ago I pulled into the parking lot and it was dark. No signs or anything...so I just left.
