Refused service after waiting in line for 10 minutes because I was not wearing a mask.
Thy are making food ahead putting fries under heat lamp and serving them my fries had been up 15 mins before I got rest of my cold 2 cheese burger ud83cudf54 meals( so 4 cheese burger).. had to tell them to get my drinks. Then had to ask for drink holder and condiments too. Next time a hot dog off roll will be better then the food I got.. 6 piece nugget was so old and hard my dog would even eat then.
Poor customer service.
They're usually pretty good, best times of day to go are between 9 am to 11 am, 1pm-4pm. And maybe after 8 pm. I base that on the traffic in that area. If you go during peak hours, when traffic is hardest, expect to wait in the drive thru for about 10 minutes or more. They are a truck stop after all and right off the interstate makes them a prime target for traffic. They have never gotten my order wrong and are always polite. I always choose this location over others in Georgetown
I like the plain hamburgers with nothing on them for a buck they get along with my diabetes and they're happy to do it thank you
