I shop at this supermarket often, because they usually have the products I like, but the cashiers are very rude. Today I brought in my own shopping bags being aware of the new policy, and the cashier expected me to pack up my own groceries, she stated that is part of the policy which I am well aware it is not. It just does not make sense. Why would she do that? She said the manager put that rule. You know I would say she was trying to take advantage of the new policy and add her own rules. NOT NICE. She could have ask nicely and I would have pack it up, no problem. I called and spoke to someone and they apologize. I hope they follow through and correct this matter.

Al the produce at this store are relatively fresh BUT I feel that the personnel need to be trained to better serve the customer, customer service is very important for a business. The girls as well as managers don't care about the customers, the chew gum like cow's, talk about anything personal on front of the customer BUT they don't know better if you don't train them.nTHEY NICE, BUT NO MANNERS.nThis retting is base on produce only.!!!

Good upgrade Food Universe! Now you can see clearly and there is always an attentive manager who will check out whatever you have a dispute with. Did I say clean. Well done on finding quality produce at affordable prices.
