This was, by far, an awful experience!! The guy that was supposed to be helping me, who's name is Jeff, which I found out from another location, since he didn't want to give me his name, was lazy, egotistical, and definitely anything but helpful. I couldn't even get him off his phone to answer my questions, I am currently paid through the end of the month and will not be continuing beyond that, I may reconsider if this Jeff guy is no longer there
Everything worked out great! It was a very smooth and seamless transition despite the last minute circumstances.
