All Dressed Up

Ladies were very nice and knowledgeable. They need more dresses.

After my first review the manager reached out to me and apologized. I appreciated her doing that. But I do stand by what I originally wrote. Their dresses are beautiful and their salespeople lovely and helpful but customers should keep in mind that their follow up customer service and tailoring is sub par.nnOriginal review: I wish it was possible to give zero stars. Though they have a beautiful selection of dresses, their customer service and tailoring are horrible. We went for my daughter’s fitting and they gave our dresses back one week before her bat mitZvah. When she went to try them on, one was tailored incorrectly and the other still had its pins in and hadn’t even been touched. We rushed it to our local tailor because they are closed on sundays and Mondays and they managed to get it done but obviously charged us more because it was a rush. When I tried to explain to All dresses Up this issue they were unsympathetic and not apologetic. The manager wouldn’t even get on the phone with me. They didn’t offer me anything to fix the problem. Do NOT go here!

Simply put . professional and dazzling

I went and found the perfect bat mitzvah dress the other day! Everyone was so nice! :)

I had a terrible expirience. They brought me to tears, and if you don't buy an expensive dress, the won't spend any time helping you.
