Friendly and FAST! This is the second year we've trusted Pro Tax with our taxes, after 20 years of going to H&R Block, and we could not be happier! The staff is so helpful and Leslie does such a great job of educating us on our taxes and what we can do next year to make it easier to file! She also gives you coupons to give to your friends and family so they can save money and when they come in, you get a rebate! I highly recommend Pro Tax!

Got bad advice and now the state is getting ready to suspend my license. Don't use them as they never return a phone call to help fix the problem they created.
