The service man did not come prepared for job I requested from the business owner. He took a $100 deposit and went to Home Depot to buy a new lock. The profile of the lock face was too large and did not fit inside the storm door. After a second trip to Home Depot and a $150 dollar lock, it was installed incorrectly. After more than 4 hours and $900, I let the service man leave and fixed the lock myself in under 10 minutes.nDisgraceful and a huge ripoff!

When my key got stuck in my top lock, I contacted them and the locksmith got back to me right away and was able to meet the next morning to help me. He came on time, fixed the issue quickly and was very pleasant. Their prices seem very fair and I appreciated the seamless way he accepted payment. I recommend them to all my friends.

Could not use their services. They dont make copies of keys for bldgs. Just cars
