Great staff and fast service

I just went there to get a copy of my house key after trying different places including in NYC. Here in less than 3 minutes I got the copy with a very good customer service.

Requested a quote for a commercial job 1/2 mile from their location. They do not do free estimates. I understand not wasting your time, I do but its 1/2 mile, perhaps it could have been done during the day as you went about your business. I can't very well just have someone come out and it be some crazy amount of money!
