Staff is extremely immature, not friendly, and in no way experience in customer service. Be prepared to wait for the employees to finish their conversations with each other before they start dealing with your needs when it comes to this place. A new staff with better training would make this place and easy four stars.nSuch potential.

How come when I call it says “we are closed..”? Is this place closed or open? according to Google you guys are open. Can we get an update on when the arcades will reopen? I mean NYC is now practically open. I will change my rating once I get a response. Thank you.
I practically live here, the arcade is my favorite, they have a giant claw machine I win me a large minion teddy bear from, the bowling alley is great it offers a few pool tables amongst other things try it out.
