It is what it is...A large commercial storage warehouse that caters to many industries,primarily the large fruit and produce farms that grow and harvest immense quantities of perishables.
Arrived super early for my pickup, the guys working were very accommodating and said I would get loaded as soon as they picked the items from their warehouse. Very friendly and fast people. If you arrive early the location doesn't look like it's active but that is an illusion. Like a lot of the East coast this place has that old world charm you read about in books. I hope I get to pick up from here often.
Hard working guys and great check in staff. Thay appreciate the truckers time and are respectful of their schedules and time frames.

Was loaded in 35 min, those guys are super fast and realy nice. I wish every shipper work like this.
