Meghan was really not happy to help me with a return tonight and I was really not impressed with her poor attitude and lack of customer service. Maybe Meghan should find another job that doesn’t require a smile and being nice to people. Sephora used to be great not sure what happened but the last few experiences have been awful - they won’t get another cent from me!

Carly was great! She helped me pick out some things for my wedding and showed me how to apply eye makeup while giving helpful tips. Very friendly and genuinely made a welcoming environment. Will be returning soon :)
