I hate doing this, but it is what is is. The project at my home has been abandoned, unfinished (started in Nov. 2016). I’ve made numerous attempts to get the project wrapped up, all documented. I was told, when I contacted him in January, that I was definitely the first on his list, for this year, once the weather allowed. One excuse for this debacle was lack of help, working by himself which I tried to be patient and understanding, but in reality, it’s not my problem. Mr. Mullhern finally told me he’d be here on Monday, June 3, 2019. I waited all day for a no-show. The weather was beautiful all that week, (another excuse, rainy weather; granted, we’ve had a lot of rain, but please note he started this job in the month of November-cold and snow); he never showed up and still hasn’t shown up and won’t respond back to me when I’ve sent him messages. He’s left a ladder and several empty paint cans behind my home. Two years ago, I gave him raving reviews when he had potential customers call me for references. Should you wonder, the answer is YES, he’s been paid in full.
