Customer service over the phone is bad.. At least for the one rep I spoke with. She was helpful in giving instruction but bedside manor sucked and was not apologetic or kind in any way. Or gracious that I am a new customer. Just seemed very annoyed by my call. Yet I was patient and on hold for 20 minutes before any rep even answered the phone. UGH. Hopefully this doesn't show what the next several years will be like dealing with this bank for my loan. I thought credit unions were supposed to be better???
So far, I love this credit union! I refinanced my mortgage and Goldenwest was able to get done in three days what my other credit union couldn't do in two months. I ended up with a lower rate, and less closing costs. Also, Eric was great to work with.
The tellers are efficient and courteous. I'm very happy with every experience I've had here.
Love the people here! Always smiling, welcome faces. Fast and efficient service is a huge plus. I would highly recommend Golden West to anyone.
3 stars for JoeE for helping me out. But previous day, lady didn't want to except my payment and turn me down to tell me to come back the next day.
Well little upset, sitting in the drive thru and they tell me they can't cash my check today. No one here to approve it. Same bank for years and same company. Hmm little frustrated!
