Checked the hours before heading down, made it to the building, even on the door they said they were open until 2 pm, it is 1:20 pm and the doors are locked and no one is there. So glad I wasted a trip so someone could go home early.
I had to go in to send a fax for a dispute on my card. The teller essentially said it was above her pay grade and a manager had to send the fax. They were with other customers and it would be 15 minutes, to send a fax. I asked if I could leave it with her and give them the form when they were done. She said it was a liability to leave it with her and I could not - so basically she doesn't even trust herself to shop a simple task when no one is watching. Finally got them to agree to let me leave it with the manager and call me if anything went wrong. Wow.
