I would stay away from US Bank. I opened up a business account here and run a fair amount of money thru this bank. They set up the account in a way other than what I was sold on. In short, i ended up with 2 separate credit cards. One i did not even know existed. The account was to have 2 cards on it serving 1 account. Ended up with two separate accounts, statements and bills. Was told repeatedly, after having my main card turned off on the road due to lack of payment on an account I didn't even know existed, that they were not set up correctly and they were indeed separate. I'm in Iowa with no easy way to buy fuel home as both cards are off, again, despite both cards showing an available balance.
I have 5 cards with this bank. All in good standing. I'd been a loyal customer for years.
Stay away. Go somewhere else. At least with your business accounts. Don't trust them, I no longer do and will be moving my accounts.
