Walgreens

This store is an absolute joke! None of the employees are willing to help you or answer your questions, and make you feel like you're an inconvenience wasting their time. I used to love this store but ever since it went Walgreens it's just a waste of space.

This review isn't aimed toward the store on pulteney, although, the purchase was made there. Back in december I bought one of the Walgreens brand pet beds that went on sale. When I went to go put it together I found that it had parts missing. The store was out of stock. Not wanting to completely return the bed I tried calling customer service to find out if I could have the missing parts mailed to me. They told me to call back at another time. I've tried emailing the company with absolutely no response. Now, I can't even return it, so I'm stuck with an unusable product that was supposed to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. What a friggin joke! I'm sure they gave me the run-around on purpose to drag it out passed the time I could return it. I feel like a fraud and a liar for convincing people to switch to the Walgreens Pharmacy.
