Your company is deceptive in your business practices. After singing up over the phone with a corporate person for a storage unit at a set price. After seeing the unit the manager at the storage facility informed me that I had to buy additional insurance at $15.00 dollars a month to cover a couch and some house hold goods that have next to no value. ALL pricing and fees should be given up front when singing up for your storage unit not after arriving at the facility. Deceptive.
Storage spaces are something we don’t often think about. However, when you need one, you want one that is clean, easy to access, and that has a great staff. Prime Storage on Freeman’s Bridge Road is just such a place. The spaces are well maintained, as are the grounds around the storage units. Cheryl is friendly, efficient and very helpful with paperwork and any questions. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs.
The staff here are wonderful. Very nice, very helpful and nicely maintained facility. I like the security of the gate. Easy access. Recommended!
