We hired Adrian and his crews to install laminated wood floor in our bedroom and basement. We are impressed with their work quality and efficient time to finish the work, so we gave more works to put a drywall in our basement and removing our old bar. Adrian and his team further impressed us with their professionalism and their willingness to go above and beyond to help with issues that raised during the project. The last project we gave them is to upgrade our bathroom that we would have not done it without Adrian and his crews.His proposal is reasonable and his work is excellent. Adrian and this crew were professional, polite and efficient. They removed popcorn ceiling, patched around new skylights and painted. To my surprise they completed the project in two days. They hung plastic to create a barrier to keep dust down in the rest of the house. They cleaned up after working, including vacuuming and dust mopping. The quality of work and attention to detail was exceptional. I have hired them to repaint my foyer and half bath. I highly recommend hiring Mala Construction for any painting project you may have.
After reading about Mala Construction Inc/painting on NextDoor app and that several neighbors had used Adrian and his crew for jobs on their homes and were thrilled with the results, we called - Adrian was on time, reliable, and he and his crew did such a great job on interior painting, installing a bathroom counter and sink, hanging new closet doors, fixing some taping issues - house looks amazing - we are going to have them back to do some additional work outside when the weather warms up a little. Reliable, honest, great work, neat - we went from estimate to completed job in less than a week! Very trustworthy - I went off and left them in my house and they were respectful and I came home to amazing work done at a reasonable price.
Adrian painted most of the rooms in my house in just 2 days. He was very professional, did high quality work at a good price, and did a great job of cleaning up each day. I had an issue with an incorrect paint color that required him to come back and repaint a room. He took care of the issue right away and repainted the room promptly and with no issues. I’d definitely recommend him.
Adrian and his crew were the best. They promptly arrived on the scheduled date and went right to work on removing popcorn cathedral ceilings, refinishing surfaces, and painting ceilings and walls in 3 rooms. They barely too any breaks and worked efficiently and neatly. We are so happy with the results. We will definitely use them again when our outside needs to be stained. Reasonably priced for excellent work.
