Highly recommend! Painted a number of rooms in our house - one with high ceilings. Everything came out great! Kind and diligent painters. Made great suggestions to ensure the life of the paint/our walls stayed in good shape. (Pointed out a faulty outlet and suggested door stops where needed)
Mariko and Harry were wonderful to work with. Mariko kept us informed with each step, from proposal to start and finish dates. Everything she told us came true. Harry ran the job, he was just as communicative and personable. The quality of the paint job was phenomenal, and they finished in less than 3 days!nWhile not the cheapest, the value this firm brings makes every penny spent worthwhile. I'd strongly suggest giving them a call.
They power-washed a mold-stained exterior front entrance and repainted. They did the job professionally and on time. A good value and recommend to others.
Worst experience we have ever had with a contractor. Our metal roof needed painting approx 3 years ago. There was virtually no preparation before the pain was sprayed on (the roof and other structures). One of the men on the roof flicked a cigarette down which landed on a drop cloth on the ground and up against the house. The team then went to lunch. Luckily my wife was home and noticed the black smoke and flames coming from the cloth and emptied our fire extinguisher on it. When we called to report the incident your representative apologized and said the men weren’t allowed to smoke on the property. I have a photograph of the same guy smoking on our lawn the next day. They broke a clock that was outside as well. I was so concerned about the lack of preparation That I had the warranty for rust through, which your warranty doesn’t cover- Duh, included with your 2 year warranty. Sure enough the roof rusted through a little after 2 years and we had to have the whole thing painted again last summer ( the correct way).nBottom line : you did a poor job and could have injured my wife and burned our house down. Thanks for nothing !
The customer service when making arrangements to visit my house for the estimate and for scheduling the work was wonderful, and accommodating.nThe painters were quiet, almost invisible, and did EXCELLENT work. And they work fast.
