The Children's Place

I have had some really good experiences here. Recently there staff has changed. They don’t seem to have any clue what you are talking about. I went to make a payment in my credit card and em instead of giving me change back she literally put everything on the card. I don’t have a the physical card even tho I have called the credit company multiple time. I won’t be coking back. I will never go to a children’s place again if they are going to take your money.. train your staff or don’t allow them to run in the register without supervision

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. No greeting or even a glance in my direction the whole time I was there. All three workers didn’t bother to ask me if I was looking for something when I couldn’t find the socks, which I did find on my own. Cashier was very short with me when checking out, and I got no reply from her when I said thank you. I will be shopping strictly online for now on.

Great friendly staff, and a very clean store. Great selection of children's clothes. Five Stars all day.
