I have never used a better storage facility than Topnotch. It's in their name, they are the absolute best. The customer service is phenomenal. You go in there and the guy at the front makes you feel like you've been friends forever. I didn't expect it, but he made sure to go through the lease with me so that I knew what I was signing up for. Every time I need assistance or have questions, I always get the help very quickly. I love this place! Additionally, the grounds are always very clean and well kept. Also, it's pretty inexpensive compared to other storage places I've been. Thanks Topnotch for making my hassle of having to store things that much easier!

My wife and I used Top Notch when we bought our new house. In between the moving process they were super accommodating and extremely professional. The communication was clear and the lease was easy to understand even for someone like myself who isn't the sharpest when it comes to paperwork! We were in and out in about 2 months and worked with a taller muscular guy named Jeff. He made sure all of our needs were met and everything was clean and taken care of. Thanks so much Jeff!

Very clean and well kept establishment. I have used several different storage facilities in the area, but Topnotch has hands down been my best experience to date. The lease agreement was clear and concise, and communication was excellent. The manager is very friendly and customer oriented, and super handsome to boot!

Cleanest storage facility we've used, hands down. Management is super friendly. If you have at least a 6th grade reading level, the contract is easy to understand and more reasonable than most. Will definitely be using Topnotch the next time I need a storage unit.

Completely horrific experience. Yes the manager is nice and the place is clean but, that is where it ends. He post dates coming into a unit so the rent can be on the first of the month but, doesn't post date going out. I moved out on August 6th, 2019 and he did not refund the rest of the month of August back to me. He double dips to make more profit. He also kept my security deposit because I did not give a 30 notice before moving out. He thinks he is renting apartments not storage units. If I could give -5 stars I would. He is not all about customer service as advertised on the website. Also doesn't say anything about anything that I just explained on the website either. He is a money hungry double/triple dipping business owner.
