Golden Gate Bridal

We had a last minute Tux rental, and I mean last minute. The lady that helped us was super fun and understanding. She made it so easy no stress and we were in and out within a half hour. She made what was a crummy day into a hopeful one. Thank you!!!

Thank you Golden Gate Bridal and Staff. This past weekend was my son's first prom and we rented his tux from this lovely shop. His tux fit him perfectly and looked amazing on him ! The staff was super nice and attentive. We could not have been happier with the service we received. Highly recommended. Thank you again ! We will be back for future bridal and prom needs :)

I went to this boutique during their normal scheduled business hours. Both times it was closed. The second time I planned to go I called earlier in the day to ensure they could get what I needed and confirm their hours that day. I was lied to about them being able to order what I needed and I was also lied to about the hours by an employee and their hours posted. They clearly are not looking for business. Very unprofessional and not anywhere I will ever try to do business again. Completely disgusted with this local business.

We ordered a tux on 4/4/18 for a 5/18/19 prom. Tux came in Wednesday before prom was all wrong. Jacket too small, pants too big and too short and shoes we tried on there when getting fitted too big. It was sent back and promised by Friday. No call and tux didn't make it. Called am of prom and it was there . It is now 12 noon on Prom day and was the exact same suit that was all wrong. Owner didn't care and went to help others as my son was left with no tux hours before prom.. Had to spend over 300. at JCP to buy a suit last minute . I had to call 2 times for refund of deposit and was not given whole amount stating it was in contract!!!!!!! OWner was horrible and hung up when i asked for remainder of deposit!!!! THEY ARE AWEFUL BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!
