I was able to get what the doctor wanted.
If I could post 0 stars I would - this company is utterly horrendous. I've seen islands form quicker than this place can turn around records, their portal NEVER works, and their employees are rude and seemingly do not care about what they do.
Not sure why so many bad reviews, it seems people only want to post the bad. I had a nice experience with my record request. Very helpful and kind. I'm sure there are more positive reviews but haven't been posted. Why do people have to be so mean.
Terrible company. Sent me wrong medical records, billed me for them and you can't get through to their customer service department to even try and get it corrected. This company will go belly up very quickly and it will be well deserved.
every time I receive information requested it has 4 levels of security , it's ridiculous
