I have purchase quite a few things last year. Within them, two night stands. I do aware they are clearance sale. We looked at the pieces, they are not perfect, but just some minor imperfection. However, when the items were delivered, the night stands, especially one of them is in much worse condition and color is off too. Not sure what has happened. We contacted Stickley, their customer care promised to repair after look at the photos I sent to them. They scheduled two pick ups, both of them were cancelled last minute for different reasons. We tried to be understanding and wait for them to schedule again as they promised, but it has been few month since last cancellation in Nov, 2020. We emailed them again few times, the customer service lady never replied to us. This is very disappointing. We would expect a much better customer service from Stickley and expect them to keep their promise. Be ware of what you are getting and reject the shipment instead of waiting for a solution.
Excellent experience as always, we were impressed with the selection of Furniture available, we found almost exactly what we were hoping to and you got a considerably good deal in the process. We've always bought any significant furniture from Stickley, of course the cost is a bit more but you're getting real furniture that will last a lifetime rather than particle board stuff that falls apart while being assembled.
Keep your eye out for these sales. Some great deals.
