The storage area was clean, easily accessible, roomy and private enough to feel safe. The lock and gate process has been easy to use, having no issues at all up to this point.
Great people, staff was excellent with questions, and place is CLEAN and in good shape. I looked at a competitor that had holes in the ceiling and sheetrock between the walls, that was dirty and nasty, and this rental at B&C was great! Highly recommend!nOnline automatic billing, during a pandemic especially was helpful. And the property is kept in nice shape as well. Even during the winter, the plowing was good.
Some of the friendliest people I have come in contact with. Extremely helpful to me when I needed it the most. I am very particular about these units and I had to change units about 4 times. Each time they helped me with no issue, even answered my call at 830PM when i wanted to transfer to one then. Hands down the one in N. Syr comes highly recommend by me!

The representative was very friendly and professional. It took less than 10 mins to complete the transaction. I researched other storage facilities in my area and B&C has the best prices. I like that its month to month and they will invoice you if you dont want your credit card on file.
