If you have a child with special needs I highly suggest you run as fast and as far away as you can . Do not enroll. Even if your perfect dream home is in the district, do not do it. The principal is rude and doesn't understand the psychological needs of children who have special needs. The assistant principal Miller is harsh, and very much the same as the Principal Rollyson. My child who has a disability was denied an ARC meeting for over 3 months. It took me calling the state to be able to get anything done and months later there is still little done. I have decided to pull my child and home school. The office ladies are nice. I will say that. But the higher ups in this system violate civil rights and make kids feel worthless. This is not a good learning environment.
I feel the people working there , really care about the kids . I'm there very often and see a lot and it has all been good . I think more people should get more involved in the PTA . The PTA does a good job but could always use help , so they could do more to help .
Don't know about the school
Good school for children.
I have only been there one time and that was when we had to vote there . I do remember it was clean. I drive by therr a couple times a week . The play ground and outside is nice. I believe there is to most traffic in morning and evening during school. It is dangerous.
