I lost my jeep key and needed a new one made on a Sunday. Everyone I called said they could get to it Monday, which wasn’t helpful since I need a vehicle to get to work. I called Locksmith Express and Eugene was prompt and professional! He responded back quickly and kept me informed on his ETA. Eugene is the epitome of great customer service, going above the standard to bring back the good old fashioned “value the customer” feel. Eugene was friendly and his prices were great. His exemplified kindness and checked in to ensure the key he made worked great. I high recommend Eugene to anyone in need of locksmith services.
I have used Locksmith Express on three different occasions. Each time I have used their service the owner was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. I have referred this business to several people who have also been very impressed with their services. If you have any lockout or key issues do not hesitate on calling this company you will not be disappointed. Love the service he came to me, i sent others to him. We all agreed it was a fast easy service. Very kind and understanding. Called for a locksmith as keys were locked in house. Was told that photo ID was needed & explained that ID was in purse which was locked in house. Person was rather rude & said they needed to wait on owner. Never heard back from them. Found an alternative method & was able to get into house, however the no response was extremely unprofessional & lacked courtesy. Would never use or recommend this business.nnEDIT : The issue was NOT the fact that the house could not be unlocked due to not being able to provide photo ID. The issue was the lack of response from the owner which again was rude & unprofessional.
