Fast friendly service and help. I love the fact that I can just go to their website and scan my current prescriptions and get refills. Can't get much easier than that.

Constant issues with scripts being lost in the system,or my prescriber canceled it or whatever lie they decide to tell that day.. I've been overcharged a few times and have to return to the store to get it fixed,obviously they don't train employees very well..Look elsewhere

Awful customer service. Every time I go staff is extremely passive aggressive and rude for no reason.nAlso freezes have been broken for a while.

Great customer service here! We were traveling through late on Monday evening, and needed to get some pictures printed. We called around, and Walgreens was the only place open late, so we stopped in 10 minutes before closing. Having worked in retail, I know how annoying it can be to have customers coming in right at closing time, but the staff all went above and beyond, and were super helpful.

I travelednto pharmacy to pick up RX.nWas informed medication not covered by my insurance.nI called my insurance customer service. ... going through THAT litany of facts...to find out ,yes, this medication is civered. It just needed the providers change with written ...from tablet to capsule. The medication was indeed covered.nI am a nurse. I used to receive phone calls from pharmacists with that simple clarification correction all the time !nNo time for that consideration any more ?nThis is a mistake,and a disregard to all pts.
