I've been rather pleased with them over the years. Prices are a little higher but it is an easy online shopping experience. I did buy some loose store packs several years ago and no rookies in the packs. Never figured out how that was the case. But beside that one unusual purchase, the other stuff has been good.
Outstanding customer service and one extremely happy customer! However, I have read some of the other comments and I'm like, is this the same place that I placed an order with???
Had my son's birthday there, he's 9, his friends were 7-10 and they all had a blast. The entire staff was very nice and friendly. They have a little arcade area and video game systems, super affordable but really the staff was what got the 5 stars. Everyone was so sweet to the boys i would highly recommend this place if you're looking to book a very affordable party ($99 bucks up to 20 kids). Can't say enough good things about the place, lots of stuff on sale, tons of awesome sports memorabilia. Thanks again to everyone there.
I placed an order for my first card pack with excitement of what I would get. To my surprise, my order was cancelled, and they ended up re listing the same pack for $50 more. I called them to try to make it right, especially considering their nice reviews . But instead, I got a lame apology and no compromise to make this better. Kind of weird how I conveniently got cancelled, and the same day a new listing is up for $50.
Had an international order shipped to Australia, which was never delivered, i have tried multiple times to get an update via email & never get a response i have had to call twice to get answer i was advised id get regular updates via email. i haven't received updates its been over a month & no resolution to the situation & once again no responses to my email's, extremely poor customer service, considering i have been order from D&A for years.
