Traveling. Staying at hotel. Ordered online. Drove to store for pick up. Manager was training 4-5 new employees. People hovering over pizza. Multiple people touching food & boxes. Store did not have change. I was lectured to pay online with credit card or having exact change. I apologized but I only had a $100 bill. Driver had change & was counting change to me. I expressed I Only had a $100 bill for my only form of payment. Manager removed my pizza from que and expressed to the Driver Not to give me change. If I couldn’t pay exact then I would not get the product. I questioned the action. She waved at me and told me to have a good night. Manager refused to sell me the pizza & wouldn’t allow driver to break the $100 bill. I left without the pizza. I travel to this area often but will be finding a new pizza place to order from! Hello, Papa Johns! Or Mancinos! Or Little Caesars even has better customer service! Franco’s, here I come! I’d love to speak with the District manager about the nasty training provided and the nasty managers attitude and I professionalism!

I normally order a medium size pizza with their special crust (double cheese) with my veggies toppings (tomatoes, onions, double pineapples). it costs just $8 and pizza lasts for like 3 days. great deal!nnin one of the order, toppings were not evenly distributed but it's okay.

Very unhappy. Pizza was raw. Not even cooked enough. To much sauce. Cheese was wet. Not even cooked.. Unreal...

We order from here on a regular basis and the food is usually really good. It's cooked to order if we ask for something special and I appreciate that a lot. It's nice not to have to have to reorder food! I think their prices are reasonable with the use of coupons also.
