Mattina's customer service gets a 5 star rating or a 6 or a 7...they are very friendly and very fast. One employee, in particular (tall, younger guy with glasses) is just super friendly and hospitable. The pizza is good and I stop in frequently for the two slices and a pop deal even though I live on Grand Island.
Can never go wrong when ordering wings from here! When you ask for extra crispy you actually get extra crispy! Staff is always very friendly.
Pizza was with wonderful! I love it with double cheese and mushrooms, and this was perfect. Very nice, friendly staff.
The last 2 times we ordered it was good, pizza and wings and subs...we ordered a triple order mild and hot....the wings were small, dry, overcooked, the mild tasted plain and the hot tasted mild. I'm not normally a huge wing fan, but these were absolutely awful. If I hadn't been starving from my ketodiet I would have sent them back.
Pizza has been consistently amazing during the last 2 Bills games. Despite the rush, they make high quality food within a reasonable amount of time (1 hour wait, ordered about 1.5 hours before kickoff)
