Once again, Angie had come through for me when I needed help with something. My unit had come up for renewal at a higher rate. Angie was able to get it lowered for me quickly. Every experience I've ever had with Angie has been a positive one. She is friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. A true asset to Public Storage. My 5 stars go straight to Angie.
I rented 2 units back in 2012 for my mother who was moving out of her home, and temporarily living with me in Woodbury. She loved the ease of going there. Because of the location and cleanliness, I decided to go there for myself.nI rented a unit for myself from Angie today. She was not there in 2012. Would have liked her to be there. Accolades galore!!nHer personality is terrific. Her Customer Skills and Service was ideal as she showed me what was available, and answered any and all questions I had. All paperwork done perfectly!nShe is great and PS is lucky to have her running this location and employed by them She probably could run any one of them. !!!!!!!!!
This public storage has the best manager!! Angie helped me get a smaller unit with in seconds. I Came in asking so many questions right as they opened and Angie helped me with no problem she went right to it. She helped me with a smile and a great attitude.
The manager Angie is cool. She helped me fix everything I needed to fix. Very patient and nice.
I would like to say thank you miss Angie for being such a kind person, always receiving all of the customers with courtesy and answering all the questions that we have!
