For this all to happen at a machine in a mall, I will say it was a easy process. They told me upfront that one of my keys could not read and possibility that it could not be copied. When I did receive my keys, the ones that could be copied fit perfectly with no issues.
Changed my review from 1 star to 4, even though the keys looked poor they still worked perfectly. We did get a way better key and price from a locksmith though
