The pharmacist and the staff was very helpful with transferring my medications from Ohio to Kentucky and speaking with my doctor and CVS in Ohio very thorough. Never experienced anyone being rude. Seems like the busiest pharmacy in town so I understand the wait. Praise to them for doing the best they can considering the amount of customers.
I wish I could give it a zero! I'm forced to come here due to insurance. Every time it's a hassle. The average wait has been 40 minutes! Ridiculous! Although there is one lady who is pleasant, the majority of the staff are rude and unhelpful. The worst place in town!
If you like to wait in line at the pharmacy and never get your phone calls answered this is your place. If you want to receive notifications that your meds are ready and when you go to pick it up, they haven’t started them you’ve found your place. Otherwise avoid this place like the plague.nnIf our insurance let us use any other option for reoccurring medicine, we would use it.
Snails pace ar drive thru...people pulling out of line consistently. I waited over an hour last two visits.
I’m forced by my insurance to purchase my medications at CVS. There are a few employees that are a complete joy to talk to and they answer my questions completely, but several are rude. I avoid the rude ones as much as possible, but sometimes are forced to deal with them. I have been called and text many times through the years saying that prescriptions are ready to be picked up, then arrive and they have not been filled. Then they talk to you like your inconveniencing them by having them do their job. I long for the day that I can deal with another pharmacy that appreciates me as a costumer.
